1 : |
Montreal:
Arrival and transfer from the Airport to the Hotel.. Supper and
evening with no planned activities. |

2 : |
Laurentians:
Breakfast. Departure for the Rouge River. Initiation to
wild water in rapids of Class III (Canyon section). Discover of
Quebec’s wild water, learning of the technical basis and wild
camping at night with panoramic view of the Rouge River valley.

3 : |
Laurentians:
After a splendid rise in wild camping, we take off for a
trek in the Rouge River trails. At the end of the afternoon, back
to the base for some free time (archery, kayak, swimming, etc.)

4 : |
Laurentians /
Montreal: After some
quick explanations, you’ll go down the Rouge river, the first
one to be exploited in rafting in Quebec. During the day, you’ll
face the Elisabeth Crest, the Washing Machine, the Mushroom and
many other rapids. The Classes II to V rapids are awaiting you.
Lunch and supper on the verge of the River. Departure for
Montreal, evening in the Old Montreal, sleeping at the hotel.

5 : |
Montreal:
Visit of Montreal, discovery of the Lachine rapids in hydro
jet or in rafting (your choice). You’ll travel down the famous
rapids that Jacques Cartier had to fight to discover Montreal.
Departure for the Mauricie Park close to Trois-Rivières. Night in
the Park. |

6 : |
Mauricie:
Park visit. Trekking in the most beautiful places of the
Park. Visit of the Cutters’ Village and departure for the
Mattawin River! |

7 : |
Mauricie:
Preparations for a two-days rafting-camping trip. Afternoon
on the Mattawin River, four hours of descent. Meals and night on
the sandy banks of the River. |

8 : |
Mauricie / Lac St-Jean:
Descent of the Mattawin’s second section. You will go down Class
III to V rapids. The landscapes and the fauna will be
breathtaking. After these two days of rafting, you will travel to
the Lac St-Jean for a night at the Desbiens camping. |

9 : |
Lac St-Jean:
Descent of the Mistassibi River, the largest river of the
region. This four-hour descent will stay forever engraved in your
memory. We will then move over to the Shipshaw River and will
sleep at the camping of the same name. |

10 : |
Lac St-Jean:
Descent of the Shipshaw River. This is a dam-controlled
river, to ensure a perfect streaming. You will be able to swim in
wild water and jump from the top of the cliff. Evening in
Chicoutimi and discovery of the region. Sleeping at the Shipshaw
camping. Courses in navigation, aquatic safety and guiding
technique. |

11 : |
Lac St-Jean:
We will travel down the same section of the river, but this
time, you will guide the raft yourself, under the supervision of a
kayaker guide. Sleeping at the Shipshaw camping. |

12 : |
Quebec:
Departure for Quebec City. Visit of the beautiful capital,
Montmorency Falls, Château Frontenac and Old Quebec. Sleeping at
the hotel. |

13 : |
Quebec:
Descent of the Jacques-Cartier river. Sleeping in the
Jacques-Cartier Valley. |
| Day 14 : |
Montreal:
Back to Montreal. Dinner at your discretion for the end of
the adventure, and shuttle back to the airport for the return
flight.
